Pomodorot helps you manage your time effectively with dual functionality: it serves as a standard Pomodoro timer for work intervals and a dedicated break timer encouraging physical movement away from your desk. The app's screen-blocking feature, currently for desktop, helps enforce these breaks by limiting screen access, and an Android version with this setting is in development. Importantly, the timer is designed to pause whenever the app is not the primary focus on your screen—it doesn't run in the background. This ensures that your timed sessions are only active when you are directly using the app, providing a straightforward and honest timing experience.
