RHVoice is a free, open-source speech synthesizer that uses compact statistical models for natural-sounding voices. It supports Russian, English, Portuguese, Esperanto, Georgian, Ukrainian, Kyrgyz, and Tatar, with options to add more languages. Note: it may promote non-free add-ons and network services.
