MobiPerf

This app measures your mobile network with ping, traceroute, and DNS tests. It sends anonymous data to Mobiperf hourly. You can adjust how often it runs and set battery-saving options. View results right in the app. Note: It only works with Mobiperf and can't be used with other servers without changes.
