Whisper is an offline voice-recognition tool. Use it alone or with HeliBoard. It downloads models once from Hugging Face, then works without internet. It even translates to English. Tip: Hold the button, pause, speak clearly, and keep recordings under 30 seconds. Note: Relies on a non-free network service.
