Description
F-Droid requires root access to install its Privileged Extension as a system app, enabling secure app management. This saves storage space, survives system updates, and ensures safer installations. Install via TWRP or similar recovery tools using the OTA update ZIP. After installation, updates are managed through the standalone APK.
