Avare is a free aviation app that gives you online and offline access to A/FD info, approach plates, FAA charts, and airport diagrams—no cell service or GPS needed. It also includes FAA weather like METARs, TAFs, and TFRs. Note: It's not FAA-certified and relies on some non-free network services.
